This article will provide an overview on Cadence's recommendations based upon your show flow. Session formats can range from broadcasts, to breakouts, to workshops, to networking.

BROADCASTS
(Keynotes, Main Stage, Panel Discussions)
Recommended Format - Speakers in Zoom or Live Streaming Platform, Attendees in Symphony

Benefit for Speakers

  • Familiarity
    ---All speakers have used Zoom and are familiar with enabling video & audio
    ---Dry runs & rehearsals are a breeze

  • Simplicity
    ---The Zoom meeting link is sent to their calendar and they simply need to join the Zoom link prior to the session.
    ---Enabling Video & Audio has already been tested
