Please find below a list of our latest updates that are now LIVE.


πŸ’š Enhanced the appointment request form logic on the web to dynamically adapt based on user roles, improving user experience and accessibility. An admin or assigned approver for example can view all submitted requests whereas a user can only see the ones they requested.

πŸ’š Optimized customer field display in appointment reports. Unfilled fields are now omitted, removing unnecessary [blank] entries and associated commas for cleaner, more concise data presentation.

πŸ’š Improved the bulk action for sending 'Ask Customer' and invite emails. Now, when opting to edit the email, the platform defaults to the admin-set default email content, ensuring consistency by overriding any previous customizations for these appointments.

🐞 Resolved an issue where line breaks were not being preserved in 'Appointment Inivte emails when sending in bulk action workflow and choosing to edit the original template.

🐞 Fixed an issue that would open the customer profile page as a user profile when clicking from within the appointment full-screen details view.


πŸ’š Updated the 'Number of Attendees' filter in the event list to set a custom range option, offering more flexible event list sorting.

πŸ’š Added the ability when duplicating an event to mark the newly created event as a test event.

🐞 Fixed an issue that would prevent an admin from duplicating an event if Onboarding was selected to be copied over.

🐞 Fixed an issue that would produce an error message when an admin tried to create new topics for an event.


πŸ’š Expanded text field functionality to include images, enriching content presentation across various sections like registration overviews, enhancing visual engagement.

🐞Addressed and resolved the screen twitching issue within the main 'event frame' area, ensuring a smoother user interface on the web.


🐞 Corrected an issue where duplicated events were stuck with our home version 1 content that we no longer support, instead it clears the content.


🐞 Refined the leads export feature to accurately reflect user-specified refinements and resolved the display of HTML characters in free-text custom field responses, improving data clarity and usability.


πŸ’š Implemented design updates and modified visibility indicators for public and private channels, enhancing the user experience and providing a better understanding of what type of channel a user vs an admin can create.


πŸ’š Added a character counter and informational copy to the notification header and body fields in the admin panel, aiding in creating content for push and email notifications.

πŸ’š Added the 'Email From' field in the notification creation and import process on admin, providing more customization options for admins.


πŸ’š Launched a new option allowing the setting of an event disclaimer for new users during their first onboarding experience. Acceptance of these terms is required for platform access, enhancing user awareness and compliance. This feature is currently enabled internally at the account level.

🐞 Made updates to the start and end time fields for schedule items on admin to accept different time formats, resolving some entry annoyances.


🐞 Significantly improved the loading speed of the survey list page in the admin, enhancing efficiency.


🐞 Fixed an issue where adding Video MP4 files with HLS enabled for a Symphony was not playing once users accessed the Symphony to view them.
