💚 Made an additional logic update to room availability for users able to choose an appointment for a room. They will only see appointments for which they are either the organizer or the scheduler of the appointment.
💚 Added a visual indicator on the room availability for rooms that are set up to allow for multiple bookings at the same time.
💚Enhanced the text for copying companies and company groups between events, providing clear information on the items that will be copied and the purpose and functionality of the option to copy company representatives.
💚 Updated information on the competition setup page, indicating that a leaderboard background image will now be applied to both web and tablet screens. This image was previously only available for the web.
💚 Enhanced the design and presentation of duplicating an event, resulting in a more user-friendly experience. Additionally, we have incorporated the ability for users to duplicate event onboarding when copying an event from one to another.
🐞 Fixed an issue that would cut off the event status drop-down on admin when the event was still in Review status.
💚 Implemented various design enhancements on the admin site to improve the user experience. These updates include modifying the checkbox hover interactions, refining the calendar day selector display, optimizing the look of all checkboxes, and improving overall alignment in the menu.
🐞 Resolved an issue where admins were unable to rearrange the home tiles for company pages that were set at the account level. This would also result in an error message being displayed.
💚 Made an update to the registration process for private registrations through email lists. When inviting a potential attendee who is not yet on the registration list (which is a necessary step), the admin will be notified and the attendee will be automatically added to the list upon completion of the invitation process.
💚 Revised the explainer text for the Registration Summary Email to clarify that individuals must be designated as Events Support team members through the Events Team setup menu to receive the email.
💚 A new registration option has been implemented, enabling external registration for Eventbrite. This feature allows the admin to copy and embed an Eventbrite event, so that when a user clicks on the registration button on our page, a pop-up window appears where they can sign up or purchase a ticket for the event. This process keeps the user on our registration page and eliminates the need for opening another page.
💚 Implemented continuous scrolling on the admin's schedule list view, effectively eliminating the previous pagination method.
💚Implemented the functionality to perform bulk actions through the admin's list view. The initial bulk actions available include modifying assigned tracks and deleting multiple schedule items.

🐞 Addressed an issue that would produce an error message when admins tried to attach materials to schedule items.
🐞 Fixed the problem with the schedule menu preventing enabling or disabling of the submenu options for Full and My Schedule.
🐞 Fixed an issue to guarantee the functionality of the SSO login option (if it is one of the available login options) when a user clicks on a survey link but requires initial login to the platform.
🐞 Implemented a solution to ensure that when Weglot web translations are activated, the survey pages are translated based on the language selected by the user prior to accessing the survey page.
