Please find below a list of our latest updates that are now LIVE.


πŸ’š We've made an exciting improvement to the appointment filter logic! Now, when you filter by mutual request, changes will be visible without having to refresh the page. This means you'll be able to see if new mutuals are present without having to refresh the page.

πŸ’š Added an extra confirmation step when a customer declines an ask customer appointment email invite for better accuracy and capturing of responses.

πŸ’š Updated the appointment attendance reports to include all customer custom fields.

πŸ’š Updated the appointment request form for a more intuitive display for users when filling them out.

πŸ’š Made some changes that will allow organizers and schedulers of appointments to edit their appointments, even if they can't create new ones.

🐞 Fixed the issues on the appointment analytics page so that the results are now consistent when using the appointments filter on the all appointments list view pages for comparison.

🐞 Applied updates to ensure that partners who are removed from an appointment are also removed from the list of invited partner appointments in their own event.

🐞 Improved logic for partner appointments to never count as mutual appointments in the partner events appointment list and also to never show in the customer engagement history in the partner event.

🐞 Corrected the date formatting for the event date attributes for the appointment email templates.

🐞 Fixed the appointments export report showing appointments as "Mutual = Yes" for appointments that were specified to be 'excluded' as mutual appointment via the admin.


πŸ’š Added a new refine field on the customer lists view, so now you can search all lists for a specific customer and see all lists they are on.


πŸ’š Made additions to the newly released proximity dashboard to allow you to quickly look at groups of attendees that don't have tracking enabled, weren't seen today, or weren't seen within the last hour. We've also added levels and color codes to make it easier to track and identify attendees.


πŸ’š Attendees can now export a report of their captured leads on web, giving them the freedom to conduct further analysis as needed.


🐞 Fixed the user profile field for Instagram so that when you save it, it will no longer include the added @ symbol and will open correctly.


πŸ’š Updated the registration page to make the display cleaner by removing the 'Description' header copy for the description field.

πŸ’š Updated registration logic for essential events to not exceed attendee capacity above 5. Once this number is reached registration will be automatically shown as closed.


πŸ’š Updated the schedule item registration confirmation email to include an attribute for the schedule item location.

πŸ’š Included extra language to help event organizers understand the auto-configuration feature if Waitlist and Capacity are set for a schedule item.

🐞 Fixed an issue that would briefly show an attendee's name when they submitted a question for the ask question for a schedule item.
