An overview of this week's web and admin updates

Please find below a list of our latest updates that are now LIVE.


πŸ’š Added a new section to the appointment set up on admin for emails. An admin can now go ahead and update and edit the automated invite and confirmation emails for appointments for users and customers per event.

πŸ’š Added a proper empty state for the appointments analytics page when the search criteria doesn't match any appointments or if there simply are no appointments yet to display data for.

πŸ’š Introduced the ability to set add an organizer field to the appointment request form. The admin is also able to mark this as a required field as needed.

πŸ’š Implemented a follow-up email reminder for partner appointment invite emails if they have yet to respond to an appointment invite.

πŸ’š Updated the logic for who can add/edit resources for an appointment. Now any attendee of the appointment as well as the organizer or scheduler has the ability to do so. Previously it only was possible for admins, event managers, and schedulers to do this.

πŸ’š Made an update to trigger the confirmation pop-up to send invites when additional attendees get added to an appointment via the 'Add People' button on the appointment details screen.

πŸ’š Added the capability to enforce a selective registration list for appointments with customers, allowing only a pre-approved list of customers to register for an appointment. This is only available upon request to our team.

πŸ’š Added the ability to export an Excel of the room availability per day for all the rooms as seen on the web. This can help with providing an overview of staffing rooms onsite at events.

🐞 Addressed an issue with the appointment analytics report not exporting the refined reports when a filter was applied.

🐞 Fixed an issue that would show an extra day on the appointments room availability pages that was not one of the event days.

🐞 Made sure the font on our appointment registration page was updated to be the same as all our other platform pages.

🐞 Fixed display issues on our people availability pop-up accessed via the appointments edit form.

🐞 Resolved an issue on the appointment room availability page, where users were unable to create new appointments if specific time slots were previously selected as a filter.

🐞 Reworked logic on a room being double booked and preventing updates for a confirmed appointment if the room was previously also put on hold for a proposed appointment.


🐞 Addressed an issue that would just display an error message for users when they try to schedule an appointment from the customer profile even if the user is restricted from creating their own appointments for an event.


πŸ’šLaunched a Beta version of our proximity tracking dashboard, designed to provide real-time insights into user and beacon interactions. With robust search functionality, you can easily track individual and group activities, as well as view interactions by custom profile criteria.

πŸ’š Updated the duplication of rooms to include and allow copying of the newly added settings for food & beverage and resources.

πŸ’š Improved the mobile experience for users encountering issues with universal links. If the app isn't installed or universal links aren't functioning, users will now see a more informative and user-friendly screen, guiding them through the app installation process to ensure a smoother journey.

🐞 Fixed an issue that would remove the room configurations when applying them to other rooms for the event.


πŸ’š Updated the attendee import template to include a new column for 'hidden attendees' which allows admin to bulk update if an attendee should be marked as hidden or visible to other attendees.


πŸ’š Updated the Elective Registration Excel Report for schedule items to show an "Added' status to indicate when an elective schedule item does NOT have registration enabled.

πŸ’š Made an update to the Ask a Question for schedule items, to be truly anonymous for attendees submitting questions when the setting is enabled. Now disabling the setting is not possible if at least one question was already submitted.

🐞 Addressed an issue that would duplicate schedule items a couple of times after an import.
