💚 Added the ability to configure the event check-in default for all events at the account level
💚 Implemented the ability for users to attach a resource to any appointment request form. When a request is approved the attachments will carry over when the proposed appointment is created.
💚 Updated the appointment approval workflow to include an optional notes field. This note will be included in the proposed appointment and the approval email sent to the requestor.
💚 Added a mutual appointment request email that can be enabled at the admin level for any event. When enabled the mutual appointment organizers and schedulers will receive an email notification for every mutual appointment created for the same customers.
💚 Made updates to the appointment status email reports that can be set up on admin to include the option to refine the report with appointment custom fields.
💚 Introduced the ability to check if a customer has opened the 'ask a customer' or 'regular' invite emails sent to them. The activity notes of an appointment will add a note whenever a customer opens one of these invite emails. A new refine filter option for the 'customer invite status' has been added to the appointment list views.
💚 Addressed some issues on the recently updated room availability page, such as fixing the refine drop-down being stuck behind the room displays.
💚 Made a logic update that now allows appointments in proposed or pending (without invites sent) status to update the Invite and Reminder set up via the bulk action. Previously we only allowed this edit for appointments that already had invites sent.
💚 Created a new appointment report for Appointments (Web) - New Report - Attendee Invite Status
💚 Added Refine filters for Seats, and Resources to the room availability page.
💚 Updated the partner events logic for appointments that allows the invited attendee to update their invite status within their event for a partner appointment.
🐞 Fixed an issue that would throw an error when trying to use an Excel import of attendees on the appointment edit form if the Excel had bad formatting.
🐞 Updated an issue with appointment URLs not properly working when added to custom pages. It would not properly redirect and open the appointments.
🐞 Addressed an issue that would keep the appointment request approval and decline buttons available even after a decision was already confirmed.
💚 Added the ability to filter the events list on admin by the number of attendees.
💚 Implemented a new field in the room setup that enables admins to select the food & beverage available in a given room, such as coffee station, lights snacks, etc.
💚 Implemented the ability to upload resources to user profiles on admin. This will become our building block for allowing users themselves to upload resources to their profiles from the web or app (coming soon).
💚 Added a new column for the 'state' to the speakers import to close some gaps between the speaker export and import reports.
💚 Implemented the ability when entering a flight plan that the system can look up and prefill your flight info for you. You will need to enter the flight number, departure date & time as well as the departure airport for this to work.
💚 Added the display of the airline logo per each airline for easier recognition when viewing travel.
💚 Updated the design of our travel pages on the web for easier viewing of all travel plans for an itinerary, by introducing a collapsed view.
💚 Developed a flight page that collates all attendees' flight information for an event, displaying the most up-to-date statuses that can be refreshed. This enables event organizers to keep track of attendees' arrival times and make necessary schedule adjustments in the event of flight delays.
