An overview of this week's web and admin updates

Please find below a list of our latest updates that are now LIVE.


πŸ’š Added a new feature to appointments that allows you to request an appointment to be approved or declined by a person or group. Once the request is approved, it will be entered as a proposed appointment. This new step is pre-approval before creating an appointment. The admin can set up multiple appointment request forms with all desired custom fields for an event. Any user can then fill out these forms. Please note that this is currently in a Beta version and needs to be enabled and set up for you by one of our team members.

🐞 Fixed an issue with time increments not properly queuing up the best available times in the Ask Customer date and time selection.


πŸ’š Updated the copy for our bulk actions to make it clearer for our users. Instead of saying 'Delete Customers', we are now saying 'Deactivate Customers' as customers can always be reactivated and it isn't a permanent deletion.

πŸ’š Made updates to the logic for sharing customer lists as an admin user. If you share with a group that is marked admin only it will now allow you to select this group and share the list.


πŸ’š Added the ability to edit the default copy for the 'subscribe to calendar' email template at both the account user level and the event level.


πŸ’š Implemented a save view option for the events list on our web page. This new feature allows you to save and share your view of the events list with others.

πŸ’š Made a logic update so that vents with public registration that have already started but not yet ended will be available for registration on the list view. Before, we only showed events that were starting in the future.

Live Feed

πŸ’š Added some copy to help explain that disabling participation is only applied to our main Live Feed in the main settings on admin. For all other Live Feed feeds, you'll be able to adjust this setting separately.


🐞 Addressed an issue that would not display the header on the page correctly for our newly added functionality for making 'My Scheduled Filter by Track' custom menu items in an event.


🐞 Improved the behavior of the account and event onboarding to make it easier to see when custom form fields are in focus.


πŸ’š Updated the steps when sending attendee emails via the admin. After sending is complete a pop-up will stay open informing the admin that emails completed sending successfully.


πŸ’š Updated the event check-in reports to include all customers that have not yet checked in.


πŸ’š Added the option for the speakers refine field on admin to select 'Unassigned' in order to find all schedule items that do not have a speaker yet assigned.
