💚 We are excited to introduce our new feature 'Analytics Dashboards', which allows event organizers to create custom dashboards for their events. These dashboards provide real-time insights and data visualizations, helping you track key metrics and identify trends quickly. You can create these dashboards via the admin site and share them as custom menu items with all or a specified list of your attendees. Please note that the admin setup is currently only available to our internal team, but we are working hard to make it accessible soon.
💚 Added a new import option for appointments using a calendar invite ICS file. This import can detect important information, like the date, time, duration, location, online meeting link, and optional /required attendees. All you have to do is upload the ICS file and our platform will automatically create a new appointment edit form and populate it with the data from the file.
💚 Made it easier to read and copy appointment titles by removing the attendee count and placing it below the title.
💚 Making our platform more user-friendly and organized, we removed the bulk action step for 'Email all participants. However, don't worry! You can still create your own email templates to customize your emails.
🐞 Addressed issue that would show our integration recording option setting even if users opted to use a manual online meeting link.
🐞 Updated logic that would not show the room location availability correctly when viewing the people's availability pop-up from within the appointments edit form.
🐞 Fixed an issue when using saved filter views and navigating to user or customer profiles from the appointment details. It would kick you out of the appointment details view when navigating back from the profiles.
💚 Introduced the ability for our users to easily cancel their company appointments that were scheduled and confirmed through our system. This can be done either from the My Schedule list or right on the schedule item details page.
🐞 Fixed an issue that would prevent admin users to enable the appointment feature for companies, by throwing an error when trying to save the configuration.
💚 Added the bulk action to create appointments from within the Attending/Not Attending and Engagements pages for customers.
💚 Updated the events list page on admin to make it easier and faster for you to find the event you're looking for – the search field will now be in focus when the page loads.
💚 Made updates to show uniform and consistent scrollbar designs, using the same colors, and sizing on all pages of our platform.
💚 Introduced an email that is sent to our internal team when our system detects that the Microsoft Exchange Calendar Integration got disconnected.
💚 Added a loading indicator when you add lots of attendees to an event, so you can see that the process is underway while you wait for it to complete.
💚 Introduced a new report at the company account level that will provide you with valuable insights into the downloads (by users) of your customer records on our platform.
💚 Updated the schedule item form on admin to include all the Zoom configurations that are available on the web already when using the User Zoom integration.
💚 Added IDs for the travel plan and individual travel steps and made them available as columns in the travel export report.
💚 Implemented the ability to import user travel via an excel template available per each travel type (flight, ground transportation, hotel).
💚 Added a warning message to the travel edit page, so admins will be reminded to save their edits before navigating away.
