💚 Made some design updates to the location availability view for appointments to provide more clarity and the ability to view a list of appointments per room.
💚 Added a 'current time' indicator on the location availability page per room to make it easy to spot your current and next upcoming appointments for your rooms.
💚 Improved pasting multiple emails into the people field on the appointment edit form. Previously some formats in which the emails were copied would not be recognized.
💚 Added the ability to pull the Attendance Status Report from Web for all appointments. We also added the ability to pull the report per each appointment under the options drop-down on the appointment details page.
💚 Implemented a search field for the people field for appointments. It is visible if there are six or more attendees in an appointment.
💚 Made updates to allow for 'Saved Views' of appointments to be shared with others for an event. A user can share when saving a 'Saved View' or copy the URL from the browser to share the link.
💚 Updated logic that now sends cancellation emails to customers and attendees whose attendance status is either Pending or Tentative. Previously it would only send the email to confirmed customers and attendees.
💚 Cleaned up the reports on admin for the appointment of an event and added a description explaining what each report is for.
💚 Improved and reduced steps for adding people to multiple appointments via the bulk action workflow.
💚 Added explainer copy to the checklist drop-down in admin if no checklists have been added yet. It also includes a knowledge article link letting an admin know how they can add checklists.
💚 Updated the customer lists to more clearly indicate list owners and if the list has been shared with others.
💚 Added the ability to schedule appointments via bulk actions from the customer master list.
🐞 Fixed an issue that would not allow or inform users that certain filters could not be used in conjunction with the mutual requests filter.
💚 Improved and added proper loading screen pages to all pages on the web.
💚 Updated logic that now displays a schedule item for the system home tile until the schedule item end time, given that there are no other schedule items in the future.
💚 Removed the tab structure for the Leads pages on the web. It does not show the My Leads and All Leads tabs anymore as they are accessed via the submenu items directly from the left-hand menu.
💚 Made improvements to the password reset page that properly informs users if the password link was already used or has expired. It will allow them to easily resent a new password reset link.
💚 Added a tooltip to the Terms & Conditions Export within Onboarding options on the admin. We also added this report to the Final Event Reports.
💚 Added a new refine filter that allows admins to see how attendees got added to their events. There are different ways to add attendees including manually added by an admin, via registration, or an import.
💚 Updated the setting options for schedule items to now allow materials to be visible to attendees on Full Schedule without having to add/register for the schedule item first
💚 Made improvement to display ask question upvotes for schedule items in real-time, without having to refresh the page to see new votes.
