💚 Moved the ability to manually move a proposed appointment to pending status from the contact options list to the main appointment details screen.
💚 Moved the 'Copy Email Addresses' from the contact options list to the main options dropdown.
💚 Implemented a new design for the contact options selection where users can view their email templates and create new ones. There is a search function, filter option and a recently used section now.
💚 Added the CC field when using and viewing an email template within the bulk action workflow.
💚 Introduced the ability to mark customers as declined even if the appointment is in proposed status or in the manually moved to pending status.
💚 Ensured that if the priority is not enabled for appointments for the event to also exclude this column from the appointments import template.
💚 Introduced the ability for admin users to add a checklist of 'To Do's' for their events and added several templates to utilize along with the ability of creating your own.
💚 Added a column to define the 'End Date' for representative availability within the Companies Appointment Availability Import Template.
💚 Implemented the ability to upload an excel on web to indicate if customers are planning to attend or not attend an event.
💚 Introduced the ability to allow customer lists to be editable by the list owner but also all users the list was shared with.
🐞 Made an update to ensure that users can only create new customers from within the customer list adding screen if the user belongs to the company account for this event.
💚 Updated logic to now ask to add an event manager to be added to an event as attendee if they have not yet been on the attendee list but they are added to be an event manager for this event.
💚 Implemented a new display for our dashboard on admin for quick links to the website, registration page, app download and our newer option for universal links and QR codes.
💚 Updated the default settings (eg. tile layout, opcaity) for the Home set up for any newly created event.
💚 Implemented a batched lead scan summary email that can be enabled if lead badge scanning is enabled and set up for your event. It allows you to also customize the email messaging.
💚 Added a column for 'Attendee Groups' to lead reports that now display all the groups a user belongs to and that scanned a lead.
💚 Made some more updates to our newly released ability to pin messages for group channels.
💚 Added the ability to trigger the Subscribe to Calendar email for any indivudal attendee from the list view in admin. Before this email was only able to get triggered from within the bulk actions emails.
🐞 Addressed an issue that would not allow admins to download the schedule item import template from within the admin site.
🐞 Fixed an issue for schedule imports throwing errors when a track contained commas in their naming convention.
💚 Introduced an indicator on the my company travel page on web to display all events a travel plan may be associated with and allow for quick navgation to each event page.
