An overview of this week's web and admin updates

Please find below a list of our latest updates that are now LIVE

Account Management
πŸ’š Added a drop-down indicator in the header displaying your currently assigned account in admin and bringing awareness that you can switch accounts if you have admin rights for more than one.

πŸ’š Added reporting in our reporting sections for emails sent to event attendees for registration confirmations, welcome emails, and custom-created email templates. This is currently in beta and only available internally, but available upon request.

πŸ’š Implemented the ability to create appointment form templates for events. This will allow for faster appointment entry and customization per each organizer or scheduler.
πŸ’š Added the ability to mark attendees as required during the bulk actions workflow to add people to appointments. Previously everyone was added as optional.
πŸ’š Implemented a new bulk action to set the priority (Tier 1, Tier 2 or Tier 3) for appointments.
πŸ’š Updated logic to allow to set an organizer as required OR mark them optional and to then respect the setting when queuing the availability for the ask customer links using the setting.
πŸ’š Made an update to respect the custom color theme on the bulk actions pop-up screens as well as for the location availability pages.
πŸ’š Changed the color for customers to differentiate them from internal attendees of an appointment.
πŸ’š Further small design edits and updates were made to our newly updated look for appointment pages on the web, such as fixing alignment and spacing issues.
πŸ’š Ensured that the location availability page defaults the display to the current day of the event when the event is live.
🐞 Addressed an issue that would not save entries for custom fields for customers when creating a new customer record via the appointment form.

πŸ’š Added the ability to indicate and set a physical meeting location for company appointments and also added the ability to enable the online meeting integration.

πŸ’š We now include a column for the event format (Hybrid, Virtual, In-Person) the events export on admin.
πŸ’š Added the ability to export a report for overall user event activity. This is currently in beta and only available internally, but available upon request.

πŸ’š Globally updated and standardized the display of our profile thumbnails displaying the user's initials.

🐞 Fixed issue that would show a horizontal scroll bar in the "Happening now" tile.

Live Feed
πŸ’š Added the ability to report a live feed post or comment to event organizers.

πŸ’š Made the 2FA (Two Factor Authentication) on the admin login screen more descriptive by showing the type of 2FA that is used.
πŸ’š Added friendlier and more helpful error reporting when SSO identity providers return errors, so it's not as difficult for users to see the exact error to debug on their own.
πŸ’š Updated logic that would redirect a user to the external registration page directly when clicked from the Register button on the login screen. It will also show the customizable pop-up message to inform them that they are being redirected.

πŸ’š Added an option in the notifications import template to both assign the notification to be sent to attendees of a schedule item and to have the schedule item linked in the notification.

πŸ’š Included the ability from the admin dashboard to download and view a QR code that if scanned redirects to download either the iOS or Android app.

πŸ’š Improved email notifications to attendees by adding the ability to set the display name per each email template (Welcome Email, Registration Confirmation Email, etc) that indicates whom the email is coming from.
πŸ’š Added the ability to export the Email Deliverability Issues report at the attendee level of the admin site.

πŸ’š Made some minor updates to the display of notes on users' profiles to match how they output on our app.

🐞 Fixed an external registration issue that occurred when registering via the events list view, which didn't show the pop-up for the redirect and would immediately log out the user.
🐞 Fixed the issue that would highlight sections on the registration page without the user viewing the particular section.

πŸ’š Opened up the Email Deliverability Issues report to be accessible by all admins from the reporting menu in admin.

πŸ’š Added the ability to edit the registration and waitlist email templates for schedule items at the schedule item details level in admin and included the ability to release a registration spot for a schedule item from the sent email.

πŸ’š Removed the "Contact Technical Support" as a default support menu Item.

πŸ’š Update logic to only show the prompt to clear messages and/or asked questions if the features have been used prior before going live.
🐞 Fixed the display of the presented asked question in a Symphony to make sure participants are able to see who submitted a question.
