An overview of this week's web and admin updates

Please find below a list of our latest updates that are now LIVE!


πŸ’š Introduced the ability in the admin site for all admins to enable a schedule item with a public or a private registration that then also creates the respective URL for distribution to attendees.

πŸ’š Implemented the ability to add banner videos from the edit form available on the web. We previously just supported adding videos via the admin site edit form.

πŸ’š Added the ability to view speakers for schedule items in the list view for Full Schedule and added a Refine filter for Speakers. We previously were only showing the speaker on an attendees 'My Schedule'.

πŸ’š Updated logic to show a redirect to a 404 when a schedule item gets deleted.

🐞 Addressed an issue on schedule list view that overlapped copy for all the schedule items which were specific to Firefox browsers and smaller browser widths.


πŸ’š Added a refine filter on the admin site for the event attendees list that allows seeing if the 'Registration Confirmation Email' was sent or not to respective attendees.

🐞 Fixed an issue that would not display a user as 'Pending' when someone sent them a connection request but rather remained as 'Connect' action.

🐞 Corrected logic to ensure we only allow users to direct message others from their user profiles if logic is enabled in their event via the admin site.


πŸ’š Made updates so when there is a single speaker on screen the display remains at the same dimensions even when switching from gallery view to presenter view.

πŸ’š Updated designs slightly for adding a survey and the present options that a host or moderator will see.

πŸ’š Made some minor design updates to the user control bars (includes audio, video, raise hand buttons) to make them look a bit more modern and 'crisp'.


πŸ’š Implemented a real-time visitors page for company pages that is accessible for admins and company reps. It will provide insights into how your attendees are engaging with each respective company page and allow for more informed engagement with your page visitors.

πŸ’š Adjusted titles for booked company appointments for bringing more awareness to the type of meeting this is when viewing in an invite or on your schedule.


πŸ’š Introducing the ability to fully edit and configure what an event organizer might want to display and enable for the Support Menu. We currently are releasing this internally but hope to have this available to all admins very soon.


πŸ’š Added a refresh option for the data on our new Collections analytics pages and added some informative copy as well.

Account Management

πŸ’š Implemented the ability to add multiple topics in one action via the admin site at the account level.


πŸ’š Introduced the ability for an admin to edit the copy of the schedule item system tile for the home. The copy will show if there are no Upcoming/Happening Now schedule items.


πŸ’š Updated logic so it allows a user to click on another user's profile from within a messaging channel.

Event Management

🐞 Corrected an issue when duplicating an event from an existing event that would also copy over the old event's calendar sync dates for the schedule instead of setting it to the new event's dates.


🐞 Fixed an issue that wouldn't allow users to create new topics of interest from their profile pages.


🐞 Addressed an issue that wouldn't allow users to refine or edit schedulers for appointments.
