Depending on your configuration, Symphony may use the Zoom Video SDK for video and audio functionality.

While most organizations permit Zoom web traffic, some organizations with tightened security protocols may prevent Zoom traffic from working within your company's infrastructure.

If Zoom traffic is not allowed on your company's devices, IT intervention will be required in order to permit Zoom traffic.

NOTE: Zoom is currently not available in the following countries:

  • Cuba

  • Iran

  • North Korea

  • Syria

  • Ukraine (Crimea Region)
