💚 Implemented a Raise hand option for participants to signal to hosts that they have a question and hosts will be able to call upon anyone who has raised their hands and give them audio controls.
💚 Introduced a notification alert when the Symphony menu is collapsed and new messages, questions or raise hand requests are received.
💚 Updated the Participants list to always display who is a host, co-host, moderator or panelist to those users running the Symphony.
🐞 Fixed an issue that would stretch a participant's video briefly whenever changing view from or to gallery view.
🐞 Made updates to how embedded html materials display in the Overview timeline when no image is selected so it won't show an empty image field anymore.
🐞 Fixed issue that showed some participants with video/audio enabled multiple times both in the gallery and thumbnail view.
🐞 Made improvements to web-ready videos (eg. m4v) playback shared as Material content within a Symphony.
💚 Introduced additional content tile options for the new Company Home such as linking to an event, group, or live feed post.
💚 Made updates to the schedule item image specs on the Web when uploading an image showing users the two different formats we support - 3:1 and 16:9.
💚 Improved the create password screen for first-time users trying to log in to make it more clear that this step is needed to confirm their user account upon the first login.
💚 Made some small design updates to the Live Feed post pop-up view, removing some unnecessary buttons on the Web.
💚 Added a validation error message when creating a Custom Menu Item linking to a Website to ensure the user gets redirected to the intended URL.
💚 Implemented the ability to hide the Events menu on the Web within an Events Menu. This is only applied to the Web and does not apply to Mobile.
💚 Updated logic to always choose Appointments sending with Invites when the Appointments feature is enabled within Company Options.
💚 Improved workflow for enabling appointments at the main Company options level to then appointment configurations per each individual Company edit screen (previously appointment configuration would always show here).
💚 Updated logic that removes users from any account group if the said user gets reassigned to another company account.
💚 Added a column the # of likes for a message for the Symphony messaging reports.
💚 Made changes to the final event report to always show timestamps in the event time zone, not UTC.
💚 Added a new option to assign a point value for completing a survey that is added as a competition.
💚 Removed the ability for regular users to use the bulk actions within the appointments list view unless they are an organizer or scheduler of an appointment.
💚 Updated logic that now warns and resets the onboarding when the terms and conditions copy is being edited.
🐞 Implemented a fix to ensure that buttons for all different onboarding options do not appear hidden and require a scroll when viewing at various zoom levels.
💚 Relabeled our events list columns in admin for more clarity and removed some unused filters such as State.
💚 Updated logic that when an admin enables the registration form but doesn't add questions it won't trigger a registration form for users unless at least one question with answers is added to the form.
💚 Added the ability to add companies to the registration pages within the registration menu in admin.
💚 Updated logic that will prevent the use of 'illegal' characters (eg. á or û) within user emails during a user import which has caused issues after upload previously.
💚 Made updates to several features (Collections, Rooms, Event images, Account images) image specs on Admin when uploading an image showing users the different formats we support - 3:1, 16:9, or both.
🐞 Fixed an issue with the 'Join' button on the Analytics pages for Schedule items or Appointments that would lead users to a malformed link and not navigating to the session.
