An overview of this week's web and admin updates

Please find below a list of our latest updates that are now LIVE!


πŸ’š Implemented an analytics page showing a detailed view of meeting attendees for Schedule items and Appointments that are using Symphony or other internal meeting integrations.

πŸ’š Redesigned and updated the Schedule item details page to now be able to view as a full-screen page instead of a pop-up. This improves viewing all the important content at once and aligns with the recent layout updates to our Companies and Speaker pages.

πŸ’š Updated the schedule item registration report to include the registration statuses for each attendee in the Excel report.

πŸ’š Added a button to the Schedule item edit form on admin that can redirect an event organizer to the web platform when Symphony is selected as your online meeting location. This allows them to configure the Symphony and finish the schedule item set up.

🐞 Fixed the auto-focus for navigating to My Schedule via a Track link, to load the page scrolled to your next up schedule item.


πŸ’š Added a 'Leave' button to the bottom audio/video control section to clearly indicate how a user can navigate back to the event from within a Symphony.


πŸ’š Introduced the ability to import attendees and associate them with groups by adding a Groups column to the import template.

πŸ’š Removed the topics of interest banner from the Connections and Pending Connections tab. It just shows on the All and Recommended Connections tab now.

πŸ’š Updated logic to allow any event admin to reset individual users' onboarding which will also clear them having to accepted the terms and conditions if enabled.


πŸ’š Made the anonymous survey link accessible to all admin users, it was previously hidden from view.


πŸ’š Implemented a drop-down navigation option when there are multiple leaderboards available for easy navigation from one to another leaderboard.


πŸ’š Implemented logic that would remember your entered email when prompting the 'Forgot Password' action. Saving you from one too many steps and typing.


πŸ’š Made the collection grid list view in the web more responsive for a better viewing experience regardless of browser size.


πŸ’š Made logic update that would prompt any @mentioned material to always open in a new tab, not same browser tab to still keep the conversation going.


πŸ’š Added a date range option in the admin for appointments, that allows setting a time frame for the Ask Customer link date range shared with customers.


πŸ’š As we are working towards phasing out our old Home layout, with this week's production update all newly created events will now default to the new Home version.


πŸ’š Updated our video materials to only support files in mp4 format on both admin and web.


πŸ’š Updated the materials reports on the event reporting level to include more detailed info such as where the material was used and date/time when it was accessed.


πŸ’š Added a prompt when enabling onboarding for topics and/or terms & conditions to notify admin that anyone who previously accessed the event onboarding will also be prompted with onboarding again.

πŸ’š Implemented the option for event admins to allow attendees to choose if they want to opt-in to be visible as an attendee to others or if they wish to be a hidden attendee at an event. When an attendee is hidden they won't show in the attendee's list or can be contacted via direct messaging. The attendee can always update this setting in their user profile.


πŸ’š Updated logic so that registration form questions can get mapped to custom profile fields.

🐞 Fixed the registration form set up when a drop-down question type is selected to make event admin add at least one answer option. This ensures that during the registration process the users do not get prevented or stuck on a question that has no answer options.


πŸ’š Created the ability to link speakers with user profiles so the shared information always stays in sync between both profiles. This is not readily available for all admins just yet to enable.

πŸ’š Implemented the ability to make a speaker banner apply as their default banner across all new events they get added to or just opt to use it as an event-specific banner.


πŸ’š Improved upload for all our images to recognize and strip unsupported characters from file names for a successful upload and use on mobile.

Account Groups

πŸ’š Updated logic that now gives all admins of an account the ability to view their companies account level groups.
