Depending on your configuration, Symphony may use Agora for video and audio functionality. Some organizations with tightened security protocols may prevent some streaming services from operating. We strongly encourage you to test your device and network ahead of your event by creating a test Symphony that has Audio and Video enabled and running through your planned use of Symphony to confirm everything is working as expected.
If you run in to any challenges the first step is to go through the web-based Agora.io Precall Testing Tool from the device and browser you'll be using during the event. This will do things like confirm browser support, camera permissions, and network communication.
If your organization restricts access to Agora.io connections, please add the following domains and ports to the firewall whitelist, and do not set restrictions on IP addresses.
