When you create a Survey, you will have the ability to configure the survey through the Options tab.

By default, when a Survey is opened, there is an initial introduction screen prior to the first question.

If you'd like to remove it, select this checkbox. The Survey will begin on question 1.

By default, when a Survey is completed, there is a summary screen after the final question. If you'd like to remove it, select this checkbox.

If you'd like the survey to only be taken once by the attendee, select this checkbox. You may craft a specific message that will appear once the attendee attempts to access the survey for a 2nd time.

If you'd like the survey to be able to taken multiple times by the attendee with each a unique submission, select this checkbox.

If you'd like your survey to be anonymous, select this checkbox. All individual results will be displayed without the attendee's name or email address.

If you'd like to randomize the question order each time an attendee opens the survey, select this checkbox. The reporting & analytics will keep the question order based upon how you have them ordered in the admin site.

If you'd like the real-time audience responses to date to display directly after the attendee answers, select this checkbox.

If you'd like the correct/incorrect answer display after the attendee answers, select this checkbox.

By default, the number of questions in the survey will display to the attendee.

if you'd like to hide the number of questions in the survey from the attendees, select this checkbox.

If you'd like randomize the order of the answers each time an attendee takes the survey, select this checkbox.

If you'd like to add the survey to your list of collection content that may be assigned to Collections, select this checkbox.

The survey will now appear in the search dropdown when adding content to Collections:

If you'd like to enable a disclaimer that the attendee must review and acknowledge prior to taking the survey, select this checkbox.
