The platform supports an advanced email templates function allowing you to create an email template you'd like, which will quickly open up the email template with the necessary merge fields making it a breeze to quickly communicate to your appointment attendees.
The configuration options allow you to select who this email will go to each time you click it from Contact Options.
You will be able to provide your email template with a Template Name, Email Subject Text and Email Body Text.
The beauty of this feature is that you are able to click Insert Attribute to have any information from the system directly inserted into your email.
COPY ALL EMAIL ADDRESSES
The Contact Option Copy Email Address is very valuable for wanting to quickly copy all email addresses to paste into an email your sending rather then having to search for each attendee and customer name/email within your email system.
EMAIL ALL PARTICIPANTS & EMAIL CONFIRMED PARTICIPANTS
The Contact Option Email All Participants or Email Confirmed Participants is a very valuable contact option for wanting to quickly email either all participants or only the confirmed ones from your email system, such as Outlook.
COMPOSE AN OUTREACH EMAIL
The contact option Compose an Outreach Email opens up your email with a defaulted template text for outreach to the customer.
RUNNING LATE? EMAIL
The contact option Running Late? opens up your email with a defaulted template text asking the customer whether they are running late and need to reschedule.
WALKING DIRECTIONS EMAIL
The contact option Walking Directions opens up your email with a defaulted template text to provide the customer with walking directions to the meeting room. We recommend including a walking directions map and time lapse video.
