Appointment Priority is helpful when planning outreach. Often when many stakeholders are involved, who you decide to focus on meeting with can become difficult to prioritize. You can set Appointment priority within the appointment details.
Select the appointment to pop open appointment details > select Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 to prioritize.
Set Priority using Import:
Within the Appointments import template, you can specify the appointment's priority by adding "Tier 1" (or "1") in the import template to the Priority column. Your appointment will be imported with the Priority already added.
While on the Appointment page of an event, select Refine to only display appointments with a particular priority setting.
Note: Priority settings are only available within Cadence Web and will not be displayed in iOS and Android Applications.
