You can access help from the main menu. Within the support menu you can:

• Direct message support
• Call customer support
• Subscribe to Calendar
• Log Out

Direct message support

If you need technical support, tap on "Direct Message within Support". This will launch a chat window that will allow you to get in touch with support staff. 

To begin a chat with support, simply tap on the prompt at the bottom of the screen that says "Start a conversation" and describe your issue. Support staff will reply as soon!

Call customer support

If chat is not your forté and you'd like to chat directly with customer support, tap on "Call customer support". This will immediately call our support line and get you in touch with someone who can help.

Subscribe to Calendar

Tapping on Subscribe to Calendar will launch a pop-up asking if you give permission to access your calendar. You will need to Allow access to your calendar. Next, you will be asked if you'd like to subscribe to your event and appointments schedule, which will enable syncing to your calendar, tap Subscribe after being prompted.

Note: When you initially logged into the app, you will be prompted to connect your calendar, which allows your appointments and event schedule to appear in your mobile device's calendar. If you enabled calendar after first logging in, you do not need to enable it again.

Log Out

If you need to log out of the app, simply tap Log Out, which will return you to the login page.
