How to Create a Team

To create a team head to the Compete Menu in Cadence and find the Teams menu.

Now tap the Plus sign in the upper-right corner of the Teams page. This will present a form to create your team. 

Team Name: This is your team name
Motto: Add your team motto or a description of your team purpose
Add Team Members: If you want to add People to your do, you can do it here.

Now, press Create

Add a Photo

By default your team will have a photo. You can update your team's photo by navigating to your team.

Note: If you added yourself when creating the team, it will display under "My Teams". If you did not add yourself to the team, you can find the team (and all other teams) under "All Teams"


Now, tap on the photo to update the team photo. You can either take a photo or select one from your device's library.

That's it, you've created a team! 


How to Join a Team

To Join a team, navigate to the team profile of the team you wish to join and tap on the options button in the upper-right corner.

Now tap, Join Team

How to Leave Team


To leave a team, navigate to the team profile of the team you're a member of and tap on the options button in the upper-right corner.

Now tap, Leave Team.

How to Edit a Team

To edit a team, you must be a current team member. Navigate to your team under the "My Teams" and tap the team you wish to edit to load the team profile.

Now, tap on the options button in the upper-right corner and tap Edit Team

You will now see the team's profile. Tap on the Team Name, Motto, or Members

Delete a Team

In order to delete a team, you must log in to the administrative website, and have either Admin or Event Manager credentials.

Once logged in, navigate to the People Menu, and then click Compete Groups. Now find the group you wish to delete and click on the Delete icon.
