Please find below a list of our latest updates that are now LIVE.

Appointments

πŸ’š Introduced the option to regular users, who are organizers or schedulers, to add a partner to any appointment where a partner event is linked.

πŸ’š Added the ability to select an appointment duration when filling out the appointment request form. Plus, the approver can also update the duration during the approval process.

πŸ’š Updated our system so that only admins can delete appointments. This is to ensure that regular users, who are organizers and schedulers, cannot delete appointments.

🐞 Made improvements to the performance and display of ask customer links if an appointment has 50 or more attendees or customers.

🐞 Implemented a new logic that requires users or customers receiving a regular appointment invite to confirm their response with two clicks instead of one. This will help us better manage bots responding to appointment invites.

Events

🐞 Fixed an issue that was causing event locations to be output incorrectly when using a real location (powered by Google Maps). This was due to updating the location in the admin from one place to another.

Global

πŸ’š Revised our copy to reflect the recent rebranding of the name from 'Twitter' to 'X/Twitter' anywhere it is mentioned on web or admin.

Menu

πŸ’š Added the ability to enable the Proximity Dashboard from the menu in admin if an event has the beacon feature enabled.

People

πŸ’š Reintroduced an attendee report for admin, which will provide a list of all potential conflicts for appointments or schedule items on a user's schedule for any given event.

🐞 Made an update to the admin page that resolves an issue preventing the addition of new attendees to an event.

Profile

🐞 Fixed the user profile field for Twitter so that when you save it, it will no longer include the added @ symbol and will open correctly.

Registration

πŸ’š Implemented a great new feature to the registration page - the ability to add an auto-play video in place of the header banner image. This gives event organizers the chance to make their events even more engaging and personalized for potential attendees.

Schedule

🐞 Fixed an issue with room assignments for schedule items where it would auto-assign a room to a schedule item but upon saving that room would not have saved at all.

🐞 Resolved a problem that prevented admins from making schedule item materials visible without requiring an attendee to add or register for the schedule item first.
