Please find below a list of our latest updates that are now LIVE.

Account Management

πŸ’š Moved the appointment labels management from the individual event level to the account level as the initial implementation would always be set for all events.

Appointments

πŸ’š Updated the appointment form template to make the scheduler, not a required field. Instead, when using the template to create new appointments it will now always default the scheduler to be the creator of the appointment.

πŸ’š Added a new event-level setting on the admin for appointments. It's possible to set up if invites and/or update emails are toggled on or off by default for all appointments for an event. A user can always change the default configuration at the appointment form level however they like.

πŸ’š Made updates to the Add People button available on the appointment details view. It now includes the ability to add a new customer or user.

πŸ’š Added a new column to the appointment imports template for marking appointments as private. By default, if the column is left blank the appointment will be marked as non-private.

🐞 Fixed an issue for the postpone appointment step, that displays when canceling an appointment. It will now only queue upcoming events that are within the same company as the event of the current appointment.

Customers

🐞 Fixed an issue that would not allow bulk updates of customer data from within a customer list.

Images

πŸ’š Added image requirement info to the account onboarding image in the admin.

Leads

πŸ’š Made some edits to the leads survey response display on a lead record on the web. This should provide more clarity to the user reviewing the info.

Reports

πŸ’š Updated our event check-in and appointment check-in reports to include event custom fields.

Travel

🐞 Addressed an issue that would not allow admin to assign an event that is happening now to a travel plan.
