Account Management
πŸ’š Made the Favicon image available to be updated by any admin for a company account.

Appointments
πŸ’š Implemented a 48hour email reminder to the organizer/scheduler for any upcoming appointments that have a pending customer invite and that already have a set date and time.
πŸ’š Added a new activity note indicator for each appointment to signal that updates to the appointment are captured in the notes.
πŸ’š Introduced the ability to set a decline reason for the customer when manually marking customers as declining an appointment invite.
πŸ’š Updated logic for the 'Your Upcoming Appointments' Email to also respect the Ask Customer date range setting (for virtual appointments). It previously sent the email only during the actual set event dates.
🐞Addressed an issue that would throw an error when an internal appointment attendee clicked on the Subscribe to Calendar button from within their appointment confirmation email.

Companies
πŸ’š Added the ability for company representatives of a company to add additional company representatives.

Custom Pages
πŸ’š Implemented the ability to add embedded code into a custom page.

Customers
πŸ’š Added the ability to copy a customer list URL from the options button per each customer list on the main customer list page. Previously you had to copy the URL from the browser itself.
πŸ’š Implemented the ability to send an email notification to people you share a list with so they know that they have access to your list.

πŸ’š Introduced an email that is sent to anyone a list is shared with to inform them that edits were made either new customers added or existing ones removed from the list.
🐞 Addressed an issue that would not auto-update customer profile changes once saved and returned to the customer list.

Home
πŸ’š Made improvements to the text tile display so the assigned tile image is a little less blurred and noticeable.

Menu
πŸ’š Added some explainer copy to the custom menu item when used for custom pages, to inform admins that you can only assign a custom page once to any custom menu item.

Notifications

Registration
πŸ’š Made security updates that when a user has an already existing user account and tries to create an admin profile. They are asked to verify their admin profile using their existing user password instead of creating a new password.
πŸ’š Update logic that if a user lands on the registration page for an event for which they are already registered and they are currently logged into the platform. Instead of the β€œRegister” button, they will now see an β€œAccess event” button.

Schedule
πŸ’š Updated the schedule 'Elective Registration Export' to include schedule item IDs. We also added a new tab for 'Registered Status' detailing information such as maximum capacity, spots left, and who is registered, waitlisted, or assigned to schedule items.

User travel will be added per user and currently is done manually via the admin page. Additionally, home tiles can be added that inform a user of any upcoming travel they might have. The travel page for each user can display various travel types including flights, ground transportation, and hotel stays. This is available for Enterprise only and is still in Beta release.
