Appointments

💚 Introduced a new ask customer email template for hybrid appointments to be sent to customers when it is unknown if they will attend the event in-person or virtually.

💚 Implemented a new Ask Customer page for hybrid appointments that asks customers to select between if they will attend in-person or virtually. Once they pick one of the options, it will queue up the appropriate dates/times per their selection.

💚 Added an option on the admin for appointments that allows the event organizer to select the default 'Ask Customer' workflow for a hybrid event. Depending on the workflow it determines what Ask Customer email will be queued up as default when sending invites via the platform.

💚 Introduced an additional field to the appointments ask customer invite workflow that allows the scheduler to select which ask customer email template to send for an appointment. This applies if the event type is set as a hybrid.

💚 Updated our appointments import template to include two new columns to enable/disable (1) the invite emails and (2) the reminder emails.

Collections

💚 Added an options tab in admin for Collections to be able to disable the 'Recently Viewed' logic for Collections at the Event level.

Companies

💚 Implemented the ability to add Youtube or Vimeo video URLs as resources to the company pages. They currently will only be viewable on the web, not the app.

Compete

💚 Added a new competition type to choose from for company appointment requests. Award attendees with points for requesting appointments for all companies or a specified group of companies at your event.

💚 Implemented an indicator that will now show an attendees' score and position on the leaderboard without having to scroll and search for your name.

Custom Pages

🐞 Fixed an issue that would show an admin the pop-up that says "You have unsaved changes on this page" when changes have already been saved.

Events

💚 Added the ability to display your assigned Cadence customer success team member/s on the Events Team page in Admin.

💚 Improved the way events are loading on the events list/grid pages to ensure it will always scroll you to the happening now events and the ones that are upcoming next.

Live Feed

💚 Ensured that Spotify URLs added in a live feed post will properly unfurl.

Login

💚 Updated our spoiled login page to pull in the assigned custom company logo image. This will further help customization and branding of your events.

Menu

💚 Gave all of our menu icons a little subtle facelift on the web. It's the little things that can go a long way!

Notifications

💚 Added an indicator within the web tab of your browser alerting a user of new notifications or messages from channels or DMs received. It will display a number corresponding to how many unread notifications and messages etc. you currently have.

People

💚 Added options to the People - Groups level for an event to allow for an import of multiple groups with their respective settings as well as export the existing groups.

Profile

🐞 Fixed an issue that would cover up the 'Finish' button when an attendee has selected a long list of topics.

🐞 Addressed a problem that would not show attendees the selected interests on other attendees' profiles.

Registration

💚 Introduced a way to recognize a user trying to register for an event and show them either the Login prompt (if we recognize them) or Create Account prompt (if we do not recognize them).

💚 Added logic for hybrid event types that now automatically adds a default question regarding if a person is attending in-person or virtually to the registration form (if enabled).

Schedule

💚 Updated the "Join Now" Button to show 10 minutes prior to the schedule item start time instead of 15 minutes.

💚 Revised the option copy for downloading the ICS calendar invite for schedule items. We made it more clear to users what will happen when it is clicked.

💚 Implemented logic that will show the Happening Now & Up Next on schedule items that do not have an online meeting URL added.

Speakers

💚 Implemented the ability to add Youtube or Vimeo video URLs as resources to the speaker pages. They currently will only be viewable on the web, not the app.

Symphony

💚 Made some further adjustments to our mobile optimized Symphony outputs. Including messages and asking questions to always show the messaging field without having to scroll to see it.

💚 Implemented the ability to select an RTMP stream as content type when creating a Symphony that would then generate an RMTP stream URL and Key.
