Please find below a list of our latest updates that are now LIVE!

Schedule

πŸ’š Made some further adjustments and improvements to the recently updated scheduled item form such as addressing some design feedback and copy edits.

πŸ’š Implemented the ability to add a Youtube or Vimeo video as a banner on a schedule item details page.

πŸ’š Updated logic that now shows the attendees that elected or were assigned a schedule item to admins on the details view in the web even if the setting 'Display People Publicly' is not enabled for users for a schedule item. We figured an admin always should see the attendees for a schedule item.

πŸ’š Implemented the ability to use public registration links for individual schedule items meaning that an attendee can sign up for a schedule item and an event in one flow. This is available by request and will be coming to admin soon.

Profile

πŸ’š Updated logic so when a user updates their profile such as first and last name it immediately reflects the change on the web without having to refresh the page.

πŸ’š Implemented a new full-page design view for all user profiles to really show off each and everyone in their full glory.

People

πŸ’š Implemented the ability to allow attendees to create their own groups and allow them to join an existing group. The admin can determine when this logic is available to attendees for an event.

πŸ’š Added an indicator for each profile on the Web that shows when an attendee is currently active and online on the People list view for recommended and existing connections.

πŸ’š Made some improvements and reengineered how the recommended topics banner on the People list pages is loading to improve overall performance.

πŸ’š We added a groups column to the attendee export, so you can easier filter and segment everyone for an event.

🐞 Addressed some issues with how your connections display at the profile level (showing event attendees and people from the same company) and within the people list view (showing you only event attendees).

Menu

πŸ’š Added an option to the custom menu selection that allows admin to add a menu item displaying only selected company groups.

πŸ’š Added some preventative measures that block a personal instant login link to be used for distribution in notifications and welcome or registration confirmation emails. These links should NEVER be shared with anyone.

Registration

πŸ’š Implemented the ability for registrations to use SSO verification during registering for an event.

πŸ’š Added the ability to edit the text that is shown above the registration form questions so the event organizer can further customize instructions as they think fits and speaks to their audience.

πŸ’š Updated logic to now allow different types of registrations. We support fully public registrations for anyone to register and private registrations that can be set by (1) specific domains, (2) by your account's user list or (3) by a defined list of user emails.

πŸ’š Added the ability to generate and download a report that provides unique registration URLs per each attendee for an event.

Account Management

πŸ’š Arranged and added sections for account images to have them grouped and organized better.

πŸ’š Contact Us Requests submitted by my company users are now visible and accessible by regular admins on the Account Level in Admin.

Event Management

πŸ’š Updated the Home stats on our event dashboard to reflect the accurate number of tiles used for the new home tile designs.

πŸ’š Added a display for admins in your event details section that shows what event license type (Essential, Premium, Premium Pro or Enterprise) their event supports.

πŸ’š Contact Us Requests submitted by event attendees are now visible and accessible by regular admins under the Event Details section in Admin.

Compete

πŸ’š Added new competitions to choose from for all admin users, they were hidden and only available on-demand prior. The new competitions are for users profile set up, people connecting and asking questions in Symphony, or for Schedule items.

🐞 Fixed an issue that would still show a deactivted user on our compete leaderboards.

Onboarding

πŸ’š Improved logic that now detects if an event only has one language option supported and to not prompt a user to select a language when onboarding via mobile.

πŸ’š Moved the "Reset onboarding" field to Onboarding under Options, it previously was located under People > Options, which seemed not as intuitive to us.

Speakers

πŸ’š Updated permissions for regular admin users to be able to delete or edit speakers in admin that were created from user profiles not belonging to the company of the event.

Symphony

πŸ’š Improved logic that when a Symphony is created as part of a schedule item it can be disassociated from the schedule item. Meaning an admin can recreate a new Symphony for a schedule item even when a previous one was set up. To do so disable the online meeting option and save the schedule item, then reopen and reselect the online meeting option with Symphony to create and set up a new one for the schedule item.

Other

πŸ’š Implemented the ability to create custom pages for your events to which you can add any text, videos, links, images as you like. It is currently only available by request.

πŸ’š Integrated a new video player for playing back video materials, so we can provide more improvements and flexibility on the player controls.

Companies

🐞 Updated logic that now shows the Companies menu in admin even if the main Companies menu is NOT enabled but specific group(s) or companies are added to the menu.

Collections

🐞 Fixed an issue that would skip and not show all Categories tabs when their names were fairly long. We also added an actual Refine filter for categories.
