An overview of this week's web and admin updates

Please find below a list of our latest updates that are now LIVE!

Home

💚 Implemented the new Home designs for the My Company home page. It currently is not visible to all admins but can be switched by request if you have an Enterprise account and My Company is enabled.

💚 Ensured that all Events duplicated from an old event by default are set up with the new Home 2.0.

Symphony

💚 Improved logic that allows an embedded HTML material to be presented again within a Symphony.

💚 Made some minor style improvements on the Symphony Start screen on how we display participants that are already in the Symphony.

💚 Updated logic that Symphony links will automatically bring users to the Symphony Start Screen after a user has logged in using SSO.

Appointments

💚 Added a Bulk edit option for Appointments that allows an admin to either delete or cancel multiple appointments in one easy workflow.

Schedule

💚 Made some updates to the Schedule Import template adding some additional columns to allow enabling Full Schedule and Registration separately for the imported schedule items.

💚 Updated routing back from Schedule items to the original access points when schedule item is @mentioned in a Live Feed post or accessed via a Home tile.

Account Management

💚 Added two additional permissions at the Account level for (1) enabling schedule items to be created by users and (2) allowing admin users to create new admin roles for their account.

Companies

💚 Made an update in admin that now requires a Company logo to be added when creating a new Company.

People

💚 Added a Refine filter for 'Third Party ID' when viewing the user (account level) and attendee (event level) lists.

💚 Opened up the ability for admins to enable the public/private opt-in for attendees for an event.

🐞 Fixed an issue that would not allow admin users to refine the user lists by account groups.

Live Feed

🐞 Fixed an issue that would not display the correct sub feed headers label for each and instead use the main live feed label.

Event Management

🐞 Fixed an issue that would not use the custom color theme set at the account level when a new event is created and use this default custom color theme.
