An overview of importing in a Briefing Booklet and setting up the automated slides

Within Cadence, under Reports, there is the Event Presentations report. This report is used for the Briefing Booklet for pre-conference reporting.

IMPORTING A PPT

The first step to prepare the Event Presentation is to import a PPT file.

To import a PPT, select the + button to the right of the Event Presentations header.

The form to upload your presentation will display. Enter the presentation name in the Name field.

Upon importing the presentation, each slide will display within the slides list:

From your list of slides, select the + button or Insert Slide Below. Upon selecting Appendix Slide, you will be brought to the following screen

Select Save to save the slide to your presentation. You will then see the slide in your slides listing.

From your list of slides, select the + button or Insert Slide Below

To add a report to the slide, select the + button to the right of Reports. Upload the file and enter the Name of the report.

The reports you add will display in the list below, which you can re-order, view (download) and delete from the slide. Select Save to save the slide to your presentation.

From your list of slides, select the + button or Insert Slide Below

To determine the key presentations that will display within the slide, you will need to select the specific key presentation tracks. Click the + button to select the respective tracks:

You may apply a specific Track color for applying into the legend of the slide:

Use the reorder option to determine the position of the Tracks in the legend of the slide:

Select Save to save the slide to your presentation:

BRIEFING BOOKLET FIELDS

Type

This field is read only. This displays the slide type you've selected.

Title

This defaults to the name of the slide EGFR CI

Track Filter

This field allows you to select the track that should filter the list of sessions that will display within the slide.

Session Type Custom Field

This fields allows you to select the custom field that should populate the Session Type column in the EGFR CI slide

Abstract Number Custom Field

This fields allows you to select the custom field that should populate the Abstract Number column in the EGFR CI slide

Priority Tracks

This field allows you to add a new priority track to the slide.

Track Name & Short Name

This field allows you to select the Tracks to display in the Priority column. Short Name field allows you the ability to provide the abbreviated track name. If the Track name was AZ EGFR High Priority, this can be abbreviated to H.
