People

💚 Made updates to the adding attendee workflow in admin, removing checkboxes and bulk action to remove users as it was confusing in the UI. We also made it easier to add users that have existing accounts and are part of a different company than the event.

💚 Improved logic and set up for users at the company level giving more flexibility into controlling when to show users contact details and setting the ability to Direct Message and Video Chat with or without being connected (Enterprise only).

Symphony

💚 Updated the start screen for hosts and cohost before entering into a Symphony that allows them to set their video and audio and provides a nice primer before they enter the Symphony page.

💚 Added the functionality that allows a host to present surveys and other materials to participants more than once. Previously it was a one-and-done thing.

💚 Updated logic to always enable screen sharing automatically as soon as audio and video are set to be enabled.

🐞 Updated our logic so it always pulls in the actual current Symphony name when participants are landing on the 'Waiting for Symphony' to the lobby screen.

Registration

💚 Updated Registration page that uses a Registration Form to not show a button that links to 'View Event' when the event itself is still in 'Review' status.

🐞 Fixed our logic to never enable public registration by default when creating a new event.

Events

💚 Implemented an Export button on the Event list page in Admin so event organizers can pull quick reporting on all past, ongoing future events.

💚 Added the ability to add Terms & Conditions at the Event Level that all attendees have to 'Accept' upon first Event access.

Compete

💚 Made some improvements and tweaks to the Leaderboard pages, such as updating navigation between boards, better list display with scores and without, and added an empty state.

🐞 Updated logic so that hidden attendees will not show up on leaderboards.

Login

💚 Improved display and copy of the secondary login options buttons to bring more awareness to the options at hand.

🐞 Fixed some logic that bypassed the reset password workflow when the user had an active session and that would take them directly into the event.

Home

💚 Made an adjustment to our Home screen scrolling area to allow a user to scroll anywhere within the Home image area.

🐞 Fixed an issue that would cut off some of the copy of our Home tiles and widgets when resizing the browser window.

Speakers

💚 Added an 'Admin Only' indicator to the Speakers Resources empty state to educate event organizers who can edit and see this screen.

Account/Event Management

💚 Improved the uploading and cropping workflow to make it easier to select the sizing of the event and company logos.

Reports

💚 Added a couple Company related reports to the Final Event Report Excel.

Messaging

💚 Improved messaging in that it now shows when another user has deleted one of their messages, to provide more context when viewing a direct message or channel chat.
