To reset your password, start by navigating to the login screen of your event and click on the "Forgot your password?" link.

Next, type in the email associated with your user account and click the "Send Password Reset Link"

Now go to your email inbox to check for the password reset email from Cadence and click the "Reset Password" button.

To note: The Reset Password button only works ONE time and expires within 24 hours.

Your last and final step will be to pick a new and secure password and save it by clicking the "Reset Password" button.

Voila, you have reset your password. From the reset password confirmation screen click "Return to Login" and enter your email and your new password.
