Appointment Report Export:

The export reports are available in Excel, PDF or PPT formats. If you use search or refine functions, the downloaded report will be of the appointments that matched your search or refine criteria.

Customer Matching

If you've added any Customer Names which don't match your Customers list, after upload you will be given the chance to select the correct Customer by clicking 'Match Customer'.

In the example below, you can see that I made a little typo with Fianna's first name. Cadence detects the similarity and allows you to correct the error or create a new customer.

Once you've corrected any errors, complete the import by clicking Import Appointments. Important Note: All imported Appointments will be created as a Proposed status.

If you still have some errors, you can also download an excel of your errors to make correcting and re-importing a breeze!

Hope this helps! If you have any questions about importing your appointments, send us a message with the chat in the bottom-right corner of your screen and we'll get back to you!
