Symphony enables you to engage your audience in interactive educational, advisory, research, or promotional activities leading to improved engagement, deeper insights, and better participation. 

Use Symphony to create original content, mixing in slides, pre-recorded video, broadcasted live streams, live polling questions, audience prompted questions, and other interactive features.

Symphony is much more than your traditional didactic slides or video, the platform utilizes interactive features to drive engagement through content delivery and open dialogue helping to capture the insights that truly drive business value and outcomes.

Presentation Options

Presentations with Synchronized Slides

Take any presentation, convert to PDF and present directly to the audience through Present. As presenter, you'll have full controls of the synchronized slides displaying to the audience. Advance slides, navigate back or jump to any slide in real-time. The audience is able to capture notes, ask questions, converse in collaborative messaging and bookmark slides to return to later.


Presentations with Pre-Recorded Video

Take any video, upload into the Live Presentation and allow your audience to watch on-demand with the ability to capture notes, ask questions, converse in collaborative messaging and bookmark segments of the video to return to later.


Presentations with Embedded Live Streams

Take any website, upload into the Live Presentation and allow your audience to navigate the website and watch live video with the ability to capture notes, ask questions, and converse in collaborative messaging.

Presentations with Presenter & Participant Video

Presenter & participants videos may be enabled for your presentations integrated directly from Twilio. Up to 50 presenter/participant videos may be displayed. The participants or speakers may cycle through each participants video.

Engagement Options - Live Polling

As presenter, you may create any Live Poll to send to your audience. Live Polls are traditionally used as Knowledge Checks, Pre & Post Assessment, Confidence Checks and Fun Polling.

After the audience answers, the real-time results are displayed for the conversation to begin.

Engagement Options - Ask a Question

Gain insights from your audience through Ask a Question. Each participant will be able to ask any question regarding the content being presented and discussed. The questions may be anonymous and upvoted by the audience assisting the presenter with understanding the questions resonating the most.

The presenter may select any asked question to present within the main presentation area so that the question comes into focus as they answer the question and discuss with the audience. 


The presenter will have the ability to enable and disable Ask a Question throughout the presentation.

Presenter View

Prior to beginning the presentation, the presenter will have the ability to review the full presentation prior to pushing it live to the audience.

Present will inform the presenter of the number of participants in the live presentation when they are about to officially start the presentation.

The presenter will have full controls over all content being presented to the audience. They will be able to navigate and jump between slides, push on-demand video, send live polling questions and enable/disable Ask a Question.

Upon ending the presentation, the presenter will have the option to deliver the presentation PDF to the audience as a leave behind.


Participant View

Note Taking

The participants are able to take notes throughout the Live Presentation. If the content being displayed is a slide deck, the Notes will be linked to the specific slide being presented. If the content being displayed is a video, the Notes will be linked to the time code of the video.

These Notes will be distributed to the participant after the Live Presentation has ended and stored within their Profile if they're a registered user of the platform.

Bookmarks

The participants are able to take Bookmark content throughout the Live Presentation. If the content being displayed is a slide deck, the Bookmark will be linked to the specific slide being presented. If the content being displayed is a video, the Bookmark will be linked to the time code of the video. These Bookmarks will be distributed to the participant after the Live Presentation has ended and stored within their Profile if they're a registered user of the platform.
