Appointments - Bulk Actions - Quickly Updating Multiple Appointments

An overview on the available options to bulk update one or more appointments in one fell swoop

SELECTING BULK OPTIONS

On the left hand side of the appointments listing table are checkboxes for you to select to conduct Bulk Actions. Clicking on the checkbox to the left of the Appointment Name column will select all appointments.


Upon selecting your appointments and selecting the Bulk Actions button you will be brought to this screen where you may select which bulk action you'd like to use. Each bulk action available is described below.


BULK SEND ASK CUSTOMER EMAIL

The bulk add option Send Ask Customer Email will allow you to trigger the ask customer email automatically for all appointments you've selected.

After selecting your appointments to bulk action, then selecting the Send Ask a Customer Email, you'll be brought to the Review Changes screen to confirm you'd like to Apply Changes.


BULK RESEND APPOINTMENT INVITE EMAIL

The bulk add option Resend Appointment Invite Email will allow you to resend the appointment invite email automatically for all appointments you've selected.


After selecting your appointments to bulk action, then selecting the Resend Appointment Invite Email, you'll be brought to the Review Changes screen to confirm you'd like to Apply Changes.


If any of the appointments you've selected in your Bulk Action, do not apply to the bulk action you've selected, you will see this screen informing you of which appointments are Excluded Appointments.



BULK ADD PEOPLE

The bulk add option Add People will allow you to add people for all appointments you've selected.


This screen will allow you to add one or more people that you'd like to add to the appointments you've selected.


This screen will allow you to determine whether invites should be triggered to the people you're adding to the appointments you've selected.


This screen is the final step which is to Review Changes. If the changes look good to you, click Apply Changes.



This screen will display if the appointments you've selected do not apply to the bulk action you've selected. This displays the Excluded Appointments from the bulk action.


BULK REMOVE PEOPLE

The bulk add option Remove People will allow you to add people for all appointments you've selected.


This screen will allow you to add the one or more people that you'd like to Remove from the appointments you've selected.


This screen is the final step which is to Review Changes. If the changes look good to you, click Apply Changes.




BULK ADD TOPIC

The bulk add option Add Topic will allow you to add topics to all appointments you've selected.

On this screen, you will select one or more topics that would you like to add to all appointments you've selected.

This is the final screen, Review Changes, where you will review all topics that will be added to your all selected appointments.


BULK ADD OBJECTIVE


The bulk add option Add Objective will allow you to add people for all appointments you've selected.


On this screen, you will select one or more Objectives that you would like to add to all selected appointments.

This is the final screen, Review Changes, where you will review the objectives that are being added to all selected appointments. Once it looks good, click Apply Changes.


BULK ADD APPOINTMENT NOTE

The bulk add option Add Note to Appointment Activity will allow you to add a note to all selected appointments.


This screen will allow you to write the note you'd like to add to all selected appointments.


This final screen, Review Changes, will allow you to review the note that you will be adding to all the below appointments. Once review and approve, click Apply Changes.

USE YOUR EMAIL TEMPLATES TO SEND TEMPLATE EMAILS IN BULK

The bulk add options underneath Contact Options will display each email template and contact option available to send for all appointments selected.


This screen will list each participant you will be sending the email to. Upon tapping each participant, the templated email will immediately open up in your email system to send out. The person's name grays out when you tap on their name so you can keep track of each person you've sent the email too.
