How to Cancel an Appointment

Web: Navigate to the Appointments menu, locate the appointment and select Actions icon (...) and choose Cancel

You will be prompted to give a cancellation reason and a cancellation notice will be sent to your invitees, once submitted. Your appointment will now have the status Cancelled.

Mobile App: To cancel an appointment on your mobile device, navigate to your Appointments menu, locate the appointment that you wish to cancel and tap the options icon ( ••• ) top right, tap Cancel appointment.

You will be prompted to give a cancellation reason and a cancellation notice will be sent to your invitees, once submitted. Your appointment will now have the status Cancelled.
