To access appointments, first make sure you have them enabled in the Menu Configuration tab in Event Set Up.

Note: Appointments is only available for Enterprise Accounts. See all of the benefits of an Enterprise Account. 

Here you can keep track of all of your event's appointments and configure how your attendees will be notified about new appointment requests, and sent reminders.

You can also: 

• Search all future and past Appointments
• Export Lists of Appointments
• See Check-ins and signatures for appointments that require disclosures.
• Configure Appointment types

Setting an Reservation Type

First click on the "Reservation Type" tab. Once you enable reservation types, you can create a new  Reservation type by clicking the "+" in the upper-right. 

When Attendees create new appointments, they will see any of your defined appointment types.
